Automatic Email Processesing
BrokerDELTA can read incoming emails either automatically or at your direction and then will categorize them and can automatically generate Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and Estimates from those emails.
AI-Assisted Decision Making
BrokerDELTA will analyze estimates you receive and will be able to provide you with recommendations based on cost, fees and historical performance.
Load Tracking
BrokerDELTA makes tracking the status of loads easy by monitoring ship locations, port information, carrier provided updates and more and can help proactively generate customer notifications using AI when a load's ETA changes or additional fees are incurred.
Chat and App Interfaces
User will be able to access all core functionality of BrokerDELTA with responsive web apps and mobile apps (both built on Microsoft's PowerApps), as well as having a chatbot that is able to perform these tasks when given instructions in plain English (support for additional languages can be provided as needed).
Security
BrokerDELTA is run in your very own tenant in Microsoft's cloud. This can be either your instance if you are an existing Microsoft customer or a VDLS managed instance if you do not use Microsoft's cloud. Your data is kept encrypted using customer managed keys on an enterprise class platform that is ISO and SOC compliant. We do not feed your data back to AI models outside your tenant except unless explicitly specified. Contact us for more information if you have any questions on our security commitments.
